In autumn 2013, the Confédération des Syndicats Nationaux (CSN) launched a campaign of ideas aimed at countering the right-wing and neoliberal ideas underlying the reductionist view of the state’s role. The campaign provides CSN member with an opportunity to discuss the economic, social and political issues affecting them and society as a whole in Quebec, such as lifelong income security, maintaining and developing public services, strengthening democracy and citizen participation, and sustainable and economic development.
