Sweden: Student loyalty campaign

We know that the group of student members most likely to leave us is first-year students, simply by not paying the fee when they receive the invoice in September. But, we have seen that many of those who do not re-new the membership in the beginning of their studies return as members when they are approaching graduation. With this fact, our challenge has been to overbridge the gap in the membership and keep more students as members by making them satisfied and loyal.
