This document highlights two case studies from the GMS TRIANGLE project-supported Migrant Worker Resource Centre (MRC), run by the Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC). These case studies highlight some of the labour rights violations that migrant workers in the Asia Pacific region are vulnerable to, and demonstrate good practices on trade unions’ supporting migrant workers in seeking justice and compensation.
